Fees & Services

We do not charge for a 2nd inspection within 6 weeks of the 1st, so there's no incentive to find non-existent problems just so we can charge another fee for a follow-up inspection (if required) Book-Now

Our services include  -

1. Swimming Pool/Spa Inspections so as home owners can obtain their Compliant or Non-Compliant certificate (to make sale contracts valid) when they want to sell or rent out their property - plus
2. Comprehensive Pre-purchase pool/spa compliance inspection and photographic report for buyers wanting to see if there might be any other issues with the pool area before committing to the prurchase of a property in NSW
3. If pool is non-compliant on 1st inspection we will send to you a written report, outlining the non compliant issues and and possible action needed to make compliant. Please note - in NSW  you do not necessarily have to make your pool compliant before selling, as a contract for sale is valid as long as it has a compliance or non-compliance certifciate attached before the sale.
Note - If the sale goes through with a non-compliant certificate then the new owners have up to 90 days after they take possession of the property to make the pool compliant.
